The Alternative Law Journal offers a variety of inexpensive and effective ways for you to publicise your publications, conferences or courses nationwide. We can give you access to our 1000 subscribers including academics, lawyers, law students, secondary schools, government officers, community advice groups and a great many more readers in many libraries and institutions. Recent reader surveys have told us that each copy of the journal is read by an average of five people.

You can take out an advertisement in the body of the journal at the following rates (GST incl):

1/4 page AU$150.00

1/2 page AU$250.00

For advertising inside the cover the rates are:

1/4 page AU$250.00

1/2 page AU$350.00

full page AU$550

Please send your copy to us by the appropriate deadline. We appreciate artwork in digital form. Ads are printed black on white paper.

For AU$250 you can place an insert in the Alternative Law Journal. Experience has shown that inserting a flyer in the Alternative Law Journal is a very effective way of tapping our readership. You will need to supply 1100 copies of your insert (no larger than A4 size). Alternatively you can talk to us about the possibility of selecting one state only. For inserts which weigh more than 7 grams we may have to charge more.

Deadlines

The deadline for copy is the beginning of the month prior to publication. We publish quarterly, with publication generally in March, June, September and December.
